Here at FIFTYEIGHT PRODUCTS, the design and manufacture of TALENT cups is driven by years of experience in the making of our emotionally captivating TASSEN Series of porcelain products. With our TALENT Series, we are bridging the gap between modern times and the classics by bringing strong, inspiring, and unique TALENT to the table – and into people’s daily lives.

Our designers are inspired by famous portraits of luminary artists in the form of statues, busts, or paintings.

In the next step, these expressive faces are modeled three-dimensionally on the computer. Details include finely sculpted accents such as Shakespeare’s goatee or Beethoven’s brooding eyebrows. Then they are cast in porcelain for posterity. All TALENT products are crafted from quality porcelain, Made in Germany.

For an intellectual quartet, we brought together famous composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven with literary geniuses William Shakespeare and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

With its subtle smile the face of Mozart constitutes a perfect counterpart to the fierce scowl of Ludwig van Beethoven. During the design stages, the portraits of both composers have been modeled in three-dimensional computer renderings based on iconic paintings, statues, and marble busts to capture their likeness in porcelain.

The fifth TALENT is known for a temperamental spirit and epic compositions: Richard Wagner is one of the most famous composers across the globe. Every year, thousands of visitors pay tribute to the musical genius at the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth.

Wagner's monumental works have inspired millions, including the unforgettable use of his “Ride of the Valkyries” on the soundtrack of Stanley Kubrick’s epic movie Apocalypse Now! You can now bring Wagner’s likeness to the coffee table as a fully sculpted porcelain coffee cup with 260ml capacity and lifelike details.
